On Tuesday, August 1, 2023, Campus Scheduling will begin accepting written requests for event space during Spring/Summer 2024, Fall 2024, and Winter 2025. Request forms can be found by selecting Documents under the Scheduling Information menu on our website.
Requests for Spring/Summer 2024 must be submitted by October 1, 2023. Requests for Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 must be submitted by November 1, 2023. Email request forms to scheduling@byu.edu or mail them to 3371 WSC.
