Timpanogos Lodge

Timpanogos Lodge may be reserved up to fifteen months in advance by BYU departments and up to twelve months in advance by all other groups by contacting the BYU Campus Scheduling Office at (801) 422-7927. Due to high scheduling demands at the beginning of each month, scheduling will be available via the internet on the first working day of each month. The form below will be accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on the first working day of June, July and August. When you submit your name and phone number, you will be assigned a number in line. The scheduler will call each person in line between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on the first working day of each month(MST). Priority will be given first to customers signing up via the internet before customers standing in line or calling on the phone.
