Campus Space during reading days may only be scheduled for the following activities:

Optional student and class review sessions.

Ward/stake activities after 9:00 p.m. (reading days ONLY).

Nationally administered tests that include the MCAT, Financial Planning, LSAT, Dental Aptitude, GRE, GMAT, Veterinary Aptitude, ACT, TOEFL, and SSAT.

Final exam exceptions approved by Associate Academic Vice President.
Campus space may NOT be scheduled during reading and final examination days for the following:

Required class review sessions.

Early final examinations (except for languages, MBA, IPM, and Law courses).

Club meetings.
-
Social activities.
-
Any gatherings not specifically for review or study of the semester's academic work.
Scheduling for final exam days must be requested through the Academic Scheduling Office at 422-6557.
The Academic Vice President will review and approve any exceptions to Academic Scheduling for reading and final exam days.
